3 ½tbsp.all-purpose seasoning. I used Savory Thoughts’ version
2tbsp.olive oil
1cupwater
2tbsp.cornstarch
Instructions
Add the chicken winglets, potatoes, bell pepper, carrots, and scallions to a large bowl.Season with the curry powder and all-purpose seasoning.Drizzle with olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
In a small bowl, whisk together the water and cornstarch until smooth.Pour the mixture over the seasoned ingredients and stir well.Transfer everything to the air fryer basket.Air fry at 400°F for 30 minutes, stirring or shaking periodically during cooking.Then reduce the temperature to 345℉ and cook for an additional 30-35 minutes Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are fork tender.Serve warm over white rice and enjoy.
