1lbs. square shaped mozzarella cheese;sliced into even slices
⅓cupall-purpose flour;more if needed
1egg;beaten - mire if needed
½cupbread crumbs;seasoned and more if needed

Instructions
Slice the mozzarella cheese into even pieces. Then dredge each slice in flour, dip it into the egg mixture, and coat it generously with the breadcrumbs. Repeat the egg and breadcrumb step for extra crunch. Once breaded, freeze the mozzarella for at least two hours — overnight is even better.
When ready to fry, heat oil to 350°F and fry the cheese in small batches for about 30–45 seconds per side, just until golden brown. Overcooking will cause the cheese to burst.
