For the Branzino Fish

  • 1 whole branzino cleaned and scored
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

For the Dipping Sauce

  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. tartar sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. ketchup
  • Pinch of salt optional

Instructions

  • Prep the fish: Clean, score, and pat dry.
    Season: Mix all seasonings, lemon juice, and olive oil. Rub evenly inside and out.
    Air fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the fish in the basket and pour the marinating sauce on top of the fish. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flip after 10-12 minutes, then continue to cook for an additional 10-12 minutes or until the skin is crisp and golden.

  • Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
    For The Dipping Sauce: Mix everything in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. It pairs perfectly with both air-fried and deep-fried versions!
