These Deep Fried Chicken Wings (No Breading) are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and incredibly easy to make! No flour or breadcrumbs needed.
1½tbsp.of your favorite all-purpose seasoning;I used this one
1tbsp.distilled vinegar or white wine vinegar
4cupsNeutral oil for frying
Instructions
Wash the meat thoroughly and pat dry. Then transfer to a bowl.Season the meat with all-purpose seasoning ( I used the Savory Thoughts Delmas Chicken Seasoning)Mix well and allow to marinate for least 30 minutes. Best overnight.
Heat the oil between 350℉-375℉Carefully add the chicken in small batches to the oil. Then cook for about 8-10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oil and allow it to rest for about 10 minutes. Raise the temperature to 400℉ or to your highest setting. Transfer the chicken to the oil for a second fry (in small batches), and fry the wings for about 5-6 minutes or until done completely. Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy.
