The Best Fried Turkey Wings Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Turkey Wings; cut in half
  • 6 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • A few drops of hot sauce
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix water, white wine vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, paprika, allspice, and hot sauce. Add turkey wings and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for 1–12 hours.

  • Heat oil (preferably peanut oil) in a deep pot to 350°F.
    Fry the turkey wings in batches for 10–12 minutes or until golden and crispy and cook through.
    Drain on paper towels. Let cool slightly before serving.
